Technical information for presenters

Please prepare your poster in DIN-A0 portrait format. Metaplan boards and pins are available on site. The posters can be placed at the following times:
Oct 16: 15:00 - 17:00 o'clock
Oct 17: from 07:15 o'clock
Please hang up your posters during the first coffee break at 09:45 a.m. at the latest.

Posters of the day
Three posters were selected per day, which are to be presented additionally as short talks. The duration of these presentations, including discussion, is 10 minutes.

We kindly ask you to provide your presentation to the media check at the latest during the break before your session. For those with short travel times, please send us your presentation by e-mail in advance.
